1. Service model
Bang Origin is a hosting/distribution platform with moderation and reporting mechanisms. Users remain responsible for the legality of their own submitted content.
2. No absolute guarantee
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or flawless, immediate detection of every violating item.
3. Exclusions and caps
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, business interruption, or third-party misconduct.
4. No waiver of mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
