Uploaders must maintain valid records proving performer age and informed consent, including model releases and related documentation required by law or policy.

Uploading content that is unlawful, non-consensual, minor-related, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise non-compliant is prohibited and subject to immediate enforcement.

Uploaders are fully liable for their uploads and agree to indemnify Bang Origin Media Ltd. (placeholder) against claims, damages, penalties, and legal costs resulting from violations.

The platform may request documentation, pause publication, retain payouts, or terminate accounts if compliance cannot be demonstrated.
